Hometrack Data Systems Limited brought proceedings on 21st July 2011 against Landmark Information Group Limited (and two of its subsidiaries) in the high Court of England and Wales. On 1st December 2011, the Court stayed these proceedings on the terms of an agreement reached between the parties.
